How to complete the 30 day confidence challenge
Every day for the next 30 days you will complete one activity that will make you more confident. Some of these activities will require you leaving your comfort zone. But that will increase your confidence and make the next activity easier to complete. You can start by selecting an activity that is relatively easy and as you become more confident move on to the more scary activities. A good idea is to start by doing some of the "Fake it till you make it" and "Change your brain" activities. and then moving on to everyday confidence activities
