- 2.3Day 3 : Do not use Instagram till 12 pm. Limit social media usage before bed and early in the morning
- 2.4Day 4 : Repeat Day 3. How are you feeling?
- 2.5Day 5 : Do not post anything on social media today and Repeat Day 3
- 2.6Day 6 : Do not use Facebook all day
- 2.7Day 7 : No social Media Apps till 12 Pm and 2 hours before bed. Additionally, avoid using Twitter

- 4.1Day 15 : Pick 3 times of the day where you check your social media apps
- 4.2Day 16 : Avoid the app you are most addicted to
- 4.3Day 17 : Do no use your phone or devices after 6 pm
- 4.4Day 18 : Limit your phone usage to 2 hours today
- 4.5Day 19 : Delete all social media apps from your phone
- 4.6Day 20 : Spend an hour reading and Avoid Social Media
- 4.7Day 21 : Spend 30 Minutes Meditating and Avoid Social Media
- Week 46
- 5.1Day 22 : Spend some time organizing your room. Continue not using social media
- 5.2Day 23 : Repeat and try a new hobby
- 5.3Day 24 : Spend 2 hours with your family and keep all devices away
- 5.4Day 25 : Go explore the city. Continue not using social media
- 5.5Day 26-Day 29 : Continue with the complete Social Media Detox
- 5.6Day 30 : Today is the last day. How do you feel?
