What is manifestation?
In the past few years, the law of attraction has become one of the most popular self-help concepts in recent history. Prentice Mulford first introduced the idea that you can manifest your thoughts and emotions into reality in 1889.
It is believed that like everything else in the universe, our thoughts are also made up of energy. This means that our thoughts have an impact that we previously did not recognize.
What is included in this 30-day manifestation challenge
While manifestation is much simpler than most people believe, it requires persistence, planning, and the right tools. Most people are unable to successfully manifest because they don’t have specific instructions on how to manifest.
The overall process for manifestation is simple and outlined below. However, most people find it difficult to follow through with the whole process without a specific plan, and daily instructions. We have included all this in our 30-day manifestation challenge.

Process of manifestation
Step 1: Become very clear on what you want
The first step of manifestation is to set clear goals on what you want out of life. The more specific you are about what you want, the easier it will be to manifest it.
If you simply manifest a car, you may end up getting a 50-year-old car, which barely works. Alternatively, if you manifest a brand new, white, fully loaded convertible mustang you are more likely to get what you want.
To become clear on what you want we recommend making a long list of everything that you want out of life. Next, shortlist 3 things that you want the most. For each of these three items try and create smart goals.
Specific
Be as specific as possible. Don’t just say you want your business to be successful. Write down what exactly you want for your business. You don’t need to worry about the how – just write down exactly what you want.
Measurable
Make sure your goal is quantifiable so that you know if your manifestation has been successful. If you are manifesting business success, write down how many customers you want by the end of the year, or how much money you want your business to have made.
Attainable
Is your goal realistic? While manifestation can make even the impossible occur, your own limiting beliefs have a huge impact on the success of your manifestation. People who are new to manifesting will have more limiting beliefs than those who have had success in the past.
Remember belief and faith are very important to manifestation. You have to believe that your manifestation will be successful.
Each time you successfully manifest your goals will become more and more ambitious, and what seemed unattainable previously will become attainable. So when you start manifesting, start smaller.
Relevant
Take into account how relevant your goal is to what you want out of life overall. While it is possible to manifest things or experiences that are not relevant, the more passionate you are about your goal the more likely it will be successfully manifested.
This is because your emotions about your goal have a huge impact on how successful you are in able manifesting your goals.
Timeline
When do you want your goal to be manifested? Make sure your deadline is far enough away that you have enough time to manifest your goals. But it shouldn’t be so far away that you lose motivation to manifest.
Each goal will have a different deadline. If you are new to manifesting it may take you more time to manifest your goals.
Step 2: Eliminate limiting beliefs
To successfully manifest, your thoughts and emotions need to be aligned with your goal. Our past experiences and society have instilled us with doubts and insecurities.
Most of us inherently have limiting beliefs about what we are capable of achieving and obtaining in our lives.
A limiting belief is a belief that makes people feel like they don’t deserve something or that it’s just not possible. These limiting beliefs prevent us from achieving our goals because we just don’t think it is possible.
Even when we see people around us achieving those goals, we convince ourselves that we are not capable of them because of a myriad of reasons. We don’t have the skills or the time, or the resources.
During our 30-day manifestation challenge, you will use tailor-made tools and techniques to help you eliminate your limiting beliefs.
Step 3: Raise your energy vibration
This is probably one of the most important steps to manifesting your goals. Manifestation works by using your mental energy to connect with your outside world.
David Hawkins, MD, Ph.D. was the first scientist to find scientific evidence that emotions emit energy, and have a specific energy vibration.
Positive emotions have a positive energy vibration, while negative emotions have a negative vibration. During your manifestations, you will use this emotional energy to connect with the outside world and create the future that you want.
This step should be done immediately before step 4. So you will first raise your energy vibration and then ask for what you want.
To initially raise your vibrations you can use affirmations to make yourself feel joyful and appreciated.
Once you are experiencing positive emotions like love, confidence, joy, and happiness you need to move forward and begin to attract the specific things that you desire.
Step 4: Ask for what you want
This is where you focus on creating your dream life and ask the universe for what you desire. This should be done right after you raise your energy vibration so that you are connected with the universe, and are emitting positive energy.
You can use a visualization exercise where you visualize achieving the goals that you have set for yourself. It is important to not only imagine achieving the goals but also try and feel the emotions you would have when you finally succeed.
Remember the secret to manifestation are your feelings and emotions. They have much more power than most people realize.
Writing in your journal to describe your dreams and desires is another fun way to manifest.
According to the law of attraction the more times you repeat your desires, and the more passionate you are about them. The more likely they are to occur.
Step 5: Have faith & let go
Once you have asked for what you want it is important to have faith in the process and to let go. Don’t worry about how your desires will manifest.
This is one of the things that a lot of people have the biggest problem with. And it is often because they don’t have enough faith in manifestation.
If you struggle with this you need to tell yourself that you will wait for a set amount of time and give manifestation an opportunity.
Each time you worry about how you will achieve your goals. Simply remind yourself of the abundance in the universe, and that your dream will come true if you wait long enough. And then switch your mind to expressing gratitude for what you have right now.

When we observe things around us, they always look the same to us. But the reality is that quantum physics has found that simply observing an object influences how it appears.

How to successfully manifest in just a month
Manifestation can work faster than most people realize. However, it requires that you have followed each of the steps described above. For individuals who are prone to negativity, we recommend first completing a 30 day positivity challenge or a 30-day happiness challenge so that your energy vibration is high before you begin manifesting.
Don’t get discouraged if you don’t manifest in a month
While manifestation in 30 days is positive, it is important not to be discouraged if it doesn’t happen for you immediately.
Creating your dream life will take longer for people who are new to the law of attraction because they first have to break the cycle of believing in a lack of abundance.
