  6. Flip again till the other side is cooked.
  7. Melt the Barfi on the stove, add some milk for consistency

  8. Lemon according to taste.

How to make

  • Mix together the flour, ghee, salt, baking powder, and ajwain seeds.
  • Knead the dough until it’s smooth and set it aside to rest for 30 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, make the potato filling. Boil the potatoes and mash them.
  • Mix in the garam masala, green chilies, red chili powder, salt, and cilantro.
  • When the dough is ready, divide it into balls.
  • Roll each ball out into a thin circle.
